Current authority

Google Sheets remains the practical finance/accounting surface.

Important pieces:

  • Transactions in Exzen Pte. Ltd.: current EXZEN PTE. LTD. bank ledger surface.
  • Finance and PnL: formula-driven reporting and balance calculations.
  • External Sheets such as Q2'26 Exzen Commerce, Card Show Essentials, and Singles and Slabs Inventory feed parts of reporting.

Bank transaction ingestion

n8n watches Gmail labels/messages, parses bank notifications, posts Telegram notifications, and appends rows to Google Sheets.

Current issue:

  • Transaction notifier workflows run every three seconds.
  • Earlier discovery found overlapping/backlogged executions.
  • Some workflows remove the Gmail queue label before all downstream work is safely committed.
  • A transient failure can consume a bank message without a matching Sheet row.

Migration requirement

tcg-platform contains finance/profitability modules, but it has not yet proven real month-end parity against the Google finance model.

Before Sheets can stop being the finance authority, tcg-platform needs current-month reconciliation against actual Sheets, marketplace payouts, fees, refunds, landed costs, and bank transactions.
