exzen-core

Current role

exzen-core is the production commerce bridge and Telegram operating console.

It handles:

  • Shopee/Lazada order export to Google Sheets.
  • Shopee stock push.
  • Telegram customer Mini App.
  • Telegram admin/operator bot.
  • Local SQLite order/product/cache state.
  • Direct SPX booking and waybill handling for Telegram orders.

Deployment

  • Repository: ExzenHQ/exzen-core
  • Default branch: stablev2
  • Live backend host: telebot-prod
  • Public API: api.exzentcg.com
  • Backend DB: local SQLite (zendb.sqlite3)
  • Backend process: python main.py inside tmux, not systemd
  • Frontend: Vercel production deployment

Scheduled loop

Enabled schedules include a 10-minute “today” sync and daily runs.

A scheduled export performs:

  1. Shopee order export to Google Sheets.
  2. Lazada order export to Google Sheets.
  3. Stock push to enabled marketplaces.
  4. Refresh of Mini App product cache from Sheet inventory.

exzen-core writes in both directions. It is not only an exporter.

Important risks

  • tmux will not recover the process after reboot or session failure.
  • Production had at least one uncommitted timeout hotfix.
  • SQLite transaction does not include later Google Sheet writes.
  • Marketplace export logic depends on row insertion, sorting, formulas, and timing in Sheets.
