Decommissioning Legacy Systems

This page tracks candidates for removal. Keep it current and short.

Do not remove yet

  • Google Exzen Pte. Ltd. Sheets/Apps Script: still inventory, allocation, landed cost, finance, and consolidated-order authority.
  • exzen-core: still production Telegram shop/admin bot, marketplace export, stock sync, and direct SPX path.
  • Otto: still production waybill and physical printing.
  • n8n transaction workflows: still bank-email ingestion into Sheets, despite fragility.

Already removed from Apps Script source

  • spx.gs
  • SNEAKYDUNK_.gs

Removed (2026-08-07)

  • Apps Script menu entries pointing to removed SPX/SNKRDUNK handlers (onOpen.gs cleaned — removed SPX Waybill, SNKRDUNK, Refresh Finance, and broken Lazada auth entries).
  • Cloudflare sneakydunk Worker — orphaned, no remaining caller.
  • Dead ai.exzentcg.com / "Ollama" route — DNS, tunnel, NPM, and Access layers removed (no backend ever existed).
  • Stale Uptime/status route — confirmed gone; there is currently no uptime monitoring.
  • n8n dead workflows (SPX AWB, Archived, My workflow) and orphaned credentials.

Stale/cleanup candidates

  • CT 107 (dev-shell) — decommission candidate; superseded by Hermes (CT 109).
  • Old tcg-platform phase plans and historical implementation notes from the old docs repo.
  • Homelab setup screenshots/logs that are not needed to operate the current system.

Rule

Archive or delete old docs when they fail this test:

Does this help someone understand or operate the current ExzenTCG system today?
