n8n is operational glue, not the main business system.

Active workflow areas:

  • Card Show Calendar workflows (Card Show Calendar, Card Show Calendar Automation)
  • EXZEN PTE. LTD. transaction notifier
  • UOB/DBS transaction notifier
  • Otto waybill archive

Workflow hygiene (2026-08-07)

Dead workflows and orphaned credentials were removed:

  • Deleted workflows: SPX AWB (experimental), Archived, My workflow — from 8 to 5 active.
  • Deleted orphaned credentials: SPX AWB Bot (Telegram), Google Gemini(PaLM) Api account — from 9 to 7. Both were only used by the deleted SPX AWB workflow.
  • Fixed a Gmail query typo (abel: → label:) in the UOB/DBS notifier.

Bank notifier risk

The transaction notifier workflows run every three seconds and use Gmail labels as queue markers.

Observed graph:

Schedule -> Gmail list -> remove label -> fetch message -> parse -> Telegram -> append to Google Sheet

Risk: queue labels can be removed before all downstream work is safely committed. A workflow failure can therefore consume a bank email without appending the expected Sheet row. The UOB/DBS path has no general label-restoration branch; keep this fragility in mind.
